Did you know nearly half of us will experience a mental health condition in our lifetime? Feeling connected can make a difference. That’s why, together with our partner, Beyond Blue, we’re delivering over 4 million prepaid postcards to help people across Australia connect with each other.

The postcard has two parts; one part with tips for mental health and wellbeing, which can be kept on your fridge. The other part is a postcard that you can send to someone - for free within Australia.
