"STORIES TOLD THROUGH STAMPS"

A special learning experience for young explorers!

What if a tiny postage stamp could take your child on a journey through history, culture, nature and memories?

A stamp is much more than a piece of paper. Every stamp carries a story reflecting the people, places, traditions, achievements and important moments that have shaped our world.

This September, we invite children aged 10–14 years to discover the fascinating world of stamps through a special "Reading Stamps " workshop “Stories Told through Stamps”. The event is organised by the Archive of Memory (AoM) in collaboration with the Collective for Historical Dialogue and Memory (CHDM).

• Time: 10.00 a.m. – 12.00 noon

• Venue: Archive of Memory, 2nd Floor, Colombo Public Library

• For: Children aged 10–14 years

• Medium: English
